11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
11.2 jlvs's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jlvs does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Services at your own risk.
12.1 jlvs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, jlvs may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may close your jlvs account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
